How many photos can I take?

Always unlimited. We always supply the booth with enough paper. We can estimate paper usage per event quite accurately. Just to be safe we leave a reserve roll with clear instructions for replacing it.

Can I customise the strip design?

Yes — send us inspiration like your invitation, examples, brand identity or logo and we'll design it for you. We're happy to think along during the process and point you to places for inspiration.

Do I receive all photos digitally?

Yes, all photos are delivered digitally. With WiFi on site, typically within 24 hours (they're already uploaded during the event). Without WiFi, usually within 48 hours. You get an online gallery you can share with your guests.

When do you set up and pack down?

Always in consultation. Typically we make sure the booth is ready at least an hour before your booked start time. If there's anything in your programme we need to work around — like a ceremony or specific opening times — we factor it in.

The classic props on sticks are always included free. You can also add a chest of party props — filled with hats, wigs, tiaras, glasses and other items.

What happens if there is a malfunction?

We almost never have one — but if it happens, we're reachable by phone until 21:00 for live support.

Can I also email the photos to myself or download them via QR code?

Yes — with WiFi you can email or download photos via QR code directly. Without WiFi the QR code doesn't work, but email still does — emails are queued and sent once the booth reconnects to WiFi back at our office.

How far in advance should I book?

We're small and flexible, so last-minute bookings are often still doable. Easiest is to give us a call.
